This policy explains in plain words what data Work Inviter ("we") receives when you use workinviter.com or message us, why we need it and how to have it deleted. It applies to every language version of the site.

The site has no forms, accounts or sign-up. We never ask you to type your name, phone number, passport details or anything else on the site's pages.
The site runs on the Tilda platform and uses standard technical cookies and visitor counters (Yandex Metrica and/or Google Analytics). They record anonymised information: the page you came from, your device and browser type, your approximate region by IP address, and time spent on the site. This data cannot identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working.
When you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram we see your phone number or username and whatever you choose to tell us: your name, country and city, profession, experience, and details of the candidates you refer. You do not need to send documents (passport, diplomas) at the first step — we ask for them only when a specific person's paperwork begins, and only those the employer and the visa require.
If you refer another person as a partner, you confirm that they know their contact details are being shared and agree to it.
To answer your question, match a candidate with a job, prepare the departure and contract paperwork, calculate and transfer the partner payout, and stay in touch during the contract. We do not use the data for mailings, do not sell it and do not pass it to advertisers.
Only those without whom the process cannot happen: the employer in Russia (for the contract and invitation), the consulate or visa centre (for the visa), the airline (for the ticket), and the bank or payment service (for the partner payout). Each receives only what it needs.
Messages are stored in the messengers on our work phones and in a protected cloud. Candidate and partner data is kept until the contract ends and payouts are settled, plus 3 years as required by document and tax rules. After that it is deleted.
At any time you can ask what data we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram from the same number you used before. We reply within 10 working days. Deletion is possible unless the data is needed to perform an already signed contract or is required by law.
Only the staff handling your case have access to your messages and documents. Documents are never forwarded to open chats or kept on shared computers. We only write from the numbers listed on this site — if someone contacts you in the name of Work Inviter from another number, it is not us.
We may update this policy; the new version is published on this page with the update date. We additionally inform partners in the messenger about material changes to how data is processed.
